1. What Happens if my furniture is delivered damaged?

Our delivery specialists take every precaution to protect each piece of furniture, in the unlikely event that your furniture arrives with signs of damage our team will do everything possible to help you, please call us on 02476992004 or email and we will let you know your options.

2. Do you Offer a Price Guarantee?

All our prices are very competitive and come with free delivery. We ensure you are offered the best possible price. If you find the same product cheaper please do get in touch and we will see if we can offer you a price match.

3. Do you Offer Free Shipping?

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders to mainland UK (not including Ireland). We can deliver to the Isle of Wight.  Your furniture is delivered with the utmost care and consideration, this is because Our Office at Home delivers almost all of our furniture ourselves and seldom use external couriers.

We always try to ensure our customers delivery experience is friendly and hassle free.

Delivery of our furniture usually takes up to 14 days but can be quicker. We contact you a few days before the delivery to offer a timed 2 hour delivery slot so no waiting in all day.

4. What happens if I am missing items or parts?

We advise that you check the items that are being delivered against the items listed on your confirmation letter with the delivery team wherever possible. In the unlikely event that any items are missing, please let us know as soon as possible. During assembly should you find any parts missing or damaged please get in touch and we will get replacements out to you usually within 2 working days.

5. What if I Need to Change My Order?

It’s natural to change your mind now and again. If you wish to make changes to your order please call us on 02476 992004 or email Please remember that changing your order could result in delayed delivery and the price may alter. Changes to orders can only be made prior to delivery.
